1. Introduction and Acceptance

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and dcs333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be provided in English to the contact details associated with your registered account, or in the case of notices to dcs333, to the email address displayed in the footer of this page.
